I love that it is air.conditioned and very secure. You have to enter codes to.enter and use the elevator. I appreciate that you are proactive in preventing rodents, but it made me nervous seeing a trap in my storage unit.

After booking a unit, I was unable to access it because the after-hours staff was completely unreachable both by me and by customer service. I had paid movers by the hour, and we were left standing outside with all my furniture unloaded, only to have to reload everything back onto the truck due to the lack of access. This entire situation was not only frustrating but also incredibly costly. I expected a smooth and professional process, and instead, I was met with zero communication, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. This experience has made what should have been an exciting transition into a stressful ordeal. I would strongly urge others to think twice before moving forward with this property unless serious changes are made to their customer support and access protocols.
