UBox was not ready for pick up. Moving Help arrived at 8am, and had to wait until noon to retrieve the UBox. I had to call the location multiple times.

The only negative experience happened when I was ready to pick up my u-box. It had gone missing and took a few days and many phone calls for them to find it. Once found, the process went smoothly.
