Employees are very rude and disrespectful. Supervisors don’t properly communicate with front desk workers in order to give accurate information. Higher management went through my unit without my permission and a month before it was even up for auction they were already letting people preview my unit. I paid the balance in full in order to get the keys to my own unit due to higher management changing the locks. Then didn’t have my keys until a week later after a new bill cycle hit just to try to hold my stuff hostage again. Very unacceptable behavior from the staff yelling and screaming at customers that just want accurate information
