My check in for the lease space was great and smooth. My check out was not so great. There were too many cars part near the gate and on both sides of the lane making it impossible to pass. Fortunately my storage unit was at the front. The manager on duty had a message on the door saying that would be back in 5 minutes. After waiting almost 15 minutes in 100 plus degree heat, I left not being able to turn in my gate card nor confirm that my lease was terminated. Fortunately I contacted U-Haul corporate and was able to note my attempt to terminate my lease. There were at least two others waiting to speak with the manager at the same time. This was mid-afternoon. Management would be wise to make sure that someone is on duty in the office or quickly available at all times. That's common customer service! U-Haul is a good company, I would thoroughly check out this place before leasing in the future.
