Umika is friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. She answers when you contact her and makes herself available to her customers.The staff is also friendly and helpful. On a specific note of great service, I was there in the morning and outside one of the doors it was a thick sheet of ice so you couldn't open the door all the way. Umika said she would have someone clear it out and when I came back just a few hours later it was done. I am a very happy U-Haul customer now, and highly recommend this facility.
