At 1st I would, but in getting a FREE storage for temporary use, I was asked constantly bout a lock I purchased. After explaining over nd over nd putting a lock. Then after retaining the few items out of the unit, I clearly stated CLOSE IT OUT TWICE WITH ALL 3 Workers WORKING BEHIND DESK. WELL, WITH THE CONSTANT ATTEMPTS THEY TRIED FOR VARIOUS DIFFERENT AMOUNTS FOR A UNIT THAT WAS FREE 1ST OF ALL. My Bank LOCKED ND CANCELED MY CARD DUE TO FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY THEY STATED ND NOW I HAVE TO GO THROUGH SO MUCH TO GET A NEW CARD. PLUS the harassing calls, emails, while I'M being Prepped for SURGERY RAISING MY BP WAS UNACCEPTABLE!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. And for the answer bout Service being friendly, I checked yes. And that was true. Its the End part thats a No!!! And i would recommend. Don't know where the mis communication happen but check the Cameras!! I Stated it at the desk nd again before i walked out the front door to the young lady who helped me, nd she said nd I quote, before I leave! (Meaning before she left for the day) What happened after i walked out the door, not MY PROBLEM!!
