Greetings and well Wishes... I am saddened I wasn't able to secure a larger storage bin and had to move to a different company. I Appreciate all the Team members, especially Mrs. Shannon, Mrs. Ilene. RONALD H | First ImpressionsThe only thing I wanted was for there to have been an after hours access to the storage facility in order to gain access to the storage locker that I rented. Other than that everything else was great.
FAYMEYER H | Overall ExperienceThe storage spaces on the lower level are very small and definitely over priced. I will definitely shop around before I ever choose to use this company for storage again. Upon renting I spoke with Eileen she offer me the storage space with the 1st month rent free and told me my things would fit after telling her days before that I had a house full of stuff I did look at the models they had available but I didn’t really think they were that small with the prices that were attached. The biggest spaces the company has is on the upper level people shouldn’t have to move heavy items like washers and dryer and sofas up stairs. For that I’m not satisfied at all but I’m going to deal with it this time.

Gwendolyn P | First Impressionsnever again! i came with 400 cash to put on the storage. I was told I had to pay full balance bc it was in collections just for it to be sold for 90 bucks the next day. I lost and y'all lost. so no wont be referring or ever returning.
