Teretha N | First ImpressionsI had a couple tough experiences. 1st roadside told me to leave my damaged vehicle at your location and then had to fight bc I was being charged for not returning to location I rented it from. Corporate said that it was your district that was pushing back. 2nd I had a box unit and more were added next to mine. Well I guess at install my unit was aggressively bumped and all of my items were strewn about. I am still assessing the damage .
