Going in it was pretty good . Turn the rental.My vehicle was broken into twice. Nothing was damaged and only minor things were taken.So it was not that big a deal , but it couldn't have been broken in at all. Leaving was not as easy as going in. I can't put my rental fully 2 weeks in advance on the phone with your customer service at the rental office on-site and at the U-Haul made office on Blanding, boulevard. And i'm still getting notice about paying rent.

marybell c | First ImpressionsI rented here for 3 years with the same items in my unit for the entirety with zero issues. Within the last month and a half there was a rat infestation for the facility that management knew about and failed to notify tenants about. Poison traps were forced into locked units through gaps in the ceiling and walls without tenant knowledge, being left on top of tenants items. When I called to address this and damage caused by the facility's gross negligence to inform tenants of a problem, I was met with a dismissive employee that simply told me to file a claim with no information on how to before hanging up on me. Repeat call for clarifying information was declined. Do not recommend. This office denied my move out date in december and is continuing to harass me about a late rent payment for January because they wouldnt let me move out in december. Communication via email with the office management is being ignored after my demand for all communications regarding this issue be discussed there and not over phone. All I wanted was a notice of "hey we have a rat problem in the units right now, take what you need out. If there's any damaged or destroyed items here's a dumpster." Instead they attempted to push their negligence on my wallet by trying to make me do bulk cleanup of the destroyed items, which would cost me upwards of $300. The management here needs to be fired for incompetence and putting a stain on the companies image. I will actively tell everyone I come across to NEVER rent storage from any Uhaul location for this reason. I made requests to customer support for a regional manager or someone from corporate to contact me and handle this inside of your company, but that ticket was closed with no information given. Further contact from this Uhaul office will be met with a direct phone call to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as well a the Attorney General. Marquis F | First ImpressionsThe ONLY Issue i had with this unit was the doors needs to be maintained I had a hard time getting in and out of my unit the door sticks and needs to be maintained. There was another guy that came at one time I was there, and he had to pull and pull to get his door open as well. I think if they were Maintenace and repaired this would be a 5-star review on my end.
