Depart heading east on I-10 E. Take the ramp on the right for FL-23 S toward Cecil Commerce Center Parkway. At Exit 41, follow signs for FL-134. Bear left onto FL-134 / 103rd St. Turn right, then make a U-turn to stay on the road. You’ll arrive at the facility on your right.
