Justin was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful he took the time to explain everything clearly, ensured the equipment was exactly what I needed, and made sure the reservation details were accurate. His attention to detail and calm, friendly demeanor immediately inspired confidence. Heather was equally impressive. She was warm, welcoming, and extremely organized, making both the check-in and overall experience seamless. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and informed, and her positive attitude truly made a difference during what can often be a hectic moving process. The equipment was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the entire move efficient and hassle-free. It’s rare to encounter a team that works so well together while providing such high-quality service, but Justin and Heather truly set the standard.
