VANESSA C | Overall ExperienceThe storage facility was awesome. It met all my needs however my recent reservation for a 15 foot truck and a trailer with a ramp was not so successful. You guys really dropped the ball on this one. I schedule time off of work so I can make a move I hired people to help me only to show up at U-Haul and my reservation equipment was not there and nobody could get it for me. Ended up going to five different locations to finally get it 4 1/2 hours later a wasted day, another overnight stay meals payroll for the people I hired was not a good experience. I would not recommend it.

The guys said I was good and he would email me a receipt. Never happen two days later I have to go back to see what the problem was and then another associate Elizabeth email me and gave me a copy of the receipt, my rental had never been closed out. Thank you Elizabeth for your great customer service
