The experience and customer service were great! The facilities were clean as well! Since the gate is access only and the buildings are as well; I think it’s only right to have 24-hour access to my things when being stored at your facility. That is the only thing that would have made my experience better. Thanks!

My deceased grandmother items she left me all my kids pictures, social security cards and birth certificates, their Christmas presents from last year my baby boys birthday gifts all gone and they didn’t care at all
