My bags were filled with vermin and the amount of droplets were on my belongings I need to put in a claim for damage. I took pictures this has nothing to do with the service I received. This is something that shouldn’t have happened due to me being told the facility is monthly exterminated. However, I took pictures and contacted customer service. I will be forwarding those pictures and proof of service which is unacceptable. I was not about to get upset no further by the treatment received within the facility. That’s not acceptable for me to have to be angry or upset behind anyone’s actions of neglect to secure my property. The fact there was no payment issues nor I had a problem but, obviously someone had an issue with me. I was subjected to vermin all over my newly luggage bags that were light enough to show damage was done. The garbage bags I placed my belongings into showed that vermin was being compacted upon my property and there’s no way I would believe there was any extermination being done. The proof I have are pictures I had taken the storage room filled with droplets all over the floor in which my bags were subjected to a vermin infestation that’s not showing any signs of cleanliness because my bags weren’t ripped open due to not having anything inside to cause that type of situation. I’m upset but, no words could express the fact that each year you increased my payment but, I’m due compensation for such an act of a risk. It was never stated that my storage had a infestation issue I shouldn’t have been placed in that type of situation to have to endure shaking my bags off from the vermin droplets on my bags.

CHRISTINE B | Overall ExperienceTHIS FACILITY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AN EXCELLENT REVIEW, HOWEVER MORE Carts are needed badly and the elevators are always broken, at one at a time and with such huge space an my bad knees the walking to find carts that are not available or to a next elevator was painful. Other than that all the staff are friendly, its super convenient and CLEAN! THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!
