They never did and I had to do it myself . Why tell me you gonna close my unit so someone else can take it without closing my agreement. Smh totally unprofessional

PRESTON B | First ImpressionsI’m giving this a 5 star because of the woman at the front desk. The line was so long and she was the only one there and her patience was superb!!! Get more stafff!!!- I watch her for so long and her Demeanor never faultered. If you don’t get more staff to support her, you’re going to lose her and it going to be U-Haul own fault. ESPECIALLY ON A SATURDAY, because that wasn’t fair to her. I don’t know her name but she had black hair.
