Excellent facility, but hard to access gates from vehicles.They have newly dumped rock, and not tamped down causing car to get stuck, plus walking hazard. Staff was friendly and very easy to work with. But expensive to rent compared to other facilities.

We just moved from Nevada and needed to find a storage unit too put our side by side, hauling trailer and dirt bike in and they were super easy and friendly to deal with. They went above and beyond for us after our furniture was being delivered from the moving company we hired and placed 2 of their largest units on hold for us so we could have the driver check and make sure he could get his 18 wheeler into the unit. Even after we found out the driver could not get his 18 wheeler into the storage unit driveway they offered to let us use one of the uhaul trucks to transport our furniture from the rig into the storage unit. We ended up having to find another storage unit so the driver wouldn’t charge us $1000 extra. We would definitely recommend Affordable Storage Guys storage facility to anyone!!

The gate was left open every day 24 hours the final fourth week there’s 9 to 5 access which I was told to be 24 access I moved out within 30 days, disappointed, no telephone communication

Whenever I did have a question, I would email and promptly receive an answer back without any issues. Staff in the building are extremely friendly and accommodating. I personally used the air-conditioned storage and was very pleased with the grounds, security and cleanliness of the facilities. While I am no longer using them due to lack of need, I would certainly recommend Affordable Storage in Jefferson City without any hesitation!
