Experience was rough. Didn’t receive the necessary information to move in, we had to call to get the gate code. The system didn’t recognize our address when we did our paperwork and we were chastised by a girl via text because we didn’t provide a full address when the system was to blame. She even threatened to lock us out in the INITIAL TEXT!!!…. THE FIRST COMMUNICATION WITH THIS COMPANY, if we didn’t send in certain information. This was highly unprofessional and uncalled for when a message requesting the information would’ve sufficed or even a simple reminder.. Nobody needs to be threatened to be kept from their belongings over a few pieces of misinformation, especially when the original paperwork didn’t even request most of what she said we needed to submit. If we hadn’t already moved everything in and only need this storage for just 3 months, I would’ve definitely left and went elsewhere. Even when asking for an extension past the gate cutoff time, the after hours customer service line said it isn’t an option unless prior authorization was received, 10pm in or out… but Destiny told me they couldn’t grant 24 hour access even though I just asked for an extra hour to be able to unload and get out since we had a long drive-not 24 hours. She also told me we could get out after 10pm, we just couldn’t regain access in after 10pm, but I am not sure how much I trust somebody who just threatened to revoke my access after 2 days of renting the unit. If you can, I suggest going elsewhere.
