Because there is such poor communication there was a lock put on my unit unnecessarily multiple times and it took upwards of a half an hour for a staff member to even come take the lock off. The staff need to read the notes on peoples accounts. They also took money from my account unnecessarily because I did not agree to automatic payments, I came in once or twice in person to pay and they last time they just randomly took the money from my account on my last days in there knowing I was moving out because I called ahead and they left a note on my account. Everything else was great but the lack of communication made it frustrating so many times.

Other than that, I would definitely recommend this particular location. I have been in the moving and storage industry in my “former life” and have dealt with many storage facilities, and this is definitely one of the better ones I’ve ever dealt with.
