How U-Haul Reviews WorkVERY poor customer service. Always a line up in the office, only one person working, and no concern to the time of their clients. Employees carrying their iced drinks was off-putting as well. I had a hitch installed and it was very disorganized, the employee at the counter could not answer simple questions and really seemed like he hated being there. As for the storage, it was fine but the alarm went off EVERY single time I was there, often multiple times, which was quite annoying. I would not recommend this location.

The lady that I dealt with was so nice and helpful. - I was unaware that the first month was free so that was a bonus. The area in order to access the storage was clean, secure and efficient - as I had a cross country move and a big transport trailer had my belongings they were able to enter and exit easily. The unit itself was clean, spacious and the lock they provide is brand new. I took it off the display myself, and we opened it there. I would highly recommend U-Haul their professionalism ease of doing business would make it my first choice

These were the days that I wanted to empty locker and vacate, before the next month’s rent was due(Aug.27). I was only able to get back to the locker on Aug.31, but you charged me before I could vacate it.
