The facility is safe and pleasant to use, providing a climate-ccontrolled large indoor space for loading/unloading and carts. Ive been pleasantly surprised to find the restrooms here are cleaner than most public restrooms anywhere! The current owner/manager is very pleasant to deal with and has quickly resolved minor problems for me. If I require storage in the future I will definitely return to UHaul on Enterprise Ave.

I was not able to enter it as i kept getting a denied message I tried ringing the intercom but it was unanswered I know the office is busy with business and luckily I tracked a staff member down who confirmed the prior persons code was not yet deactivated. She did get this corrected within a few hours. The swipe cards were all gone/ out of stock

dalen d | First ImpressionsEasy and to end model. Staff were systems based people with good people skills to get through the process efficiently and pleasantly. There was enough staff to manage the process. Move in sequence was simple and help and tools readily available. Mileage always gets you (I travelled 300 miles) , however, I overestimated my time and was late returning and it worked out well - so in town this is a low cost total system, out of town it is pure logistical convenience that works during a usually stressful time. It’s a good IOS 👍🏼

Terra S | First ImpressionsI appreciated the friendly staff, 1st month free promo without needing a credit card on file, and availability of 2 10x10 lockers for the cost of a 10x20. Also appreciated the extra time to unload our truck in the bay area. My only concerns are that 7pm feels too early to close off that section if you are doing a move from out of town and I also felt that the process of entering codes and resetting alarms is quite complicated. Finally, it seemed as though the office staff were overwhelmed with customer service needs and line up when we arrived and I had to pay my movers for an extra hour while I waited to get all the paperwork dealt with.
