Because there is such poor communication there was a lock put on my unit unnecessarily multiple times and it took upwards of a half an hour for a staff member to even come take the lock off. The staff need to read the notes on peoples accounts. They also took money from my account unnecessarily because I did not agree to automatic payments, I came in once or twice in person to pay and they last time they just randomly took the money from my account on my last days in there knowing I was moving out because I called ahead and they left a note on my account. Everything else was great but the lack of communication made it frustrating so many times.
