The staff was friendly and the paper instructions we were given our first day was very good in helping us access into the building. It was nice to have a cart and it was very useful at a time we needed it. I did feel the price increase that was coming was too much. Thank you for great service.

The amount of e-bikes, jerry cans, and propane tanks that I watched homeless people cart into storage was shocking. They also wouldn't disarm their units before access, so the alarm was constantly going off every time I visited my unit and no-one seemed to care. Not worth the risk in my opinion.

OLIVIEL F | Overall ExperienceVERY poor customer service. Always a line up in the office, only one person working, and no concern to the time of their clients. Employees carrying their iced drinks was off-putting as well. I had a hitch installed and it was very disorganized, the employee at the counter could not answer simple questions and really seemed like he hated being there. As for the storage, it was fine but the alarm went off EVERY single time I was there, often multiple times, which was quite annoying. I would not recommend this location.
