Amazing service and everything from payments to movement went smoothly. Also loved that they let me know when my payment was do a week prior to due date. Will definitely recommend. The man there is also a very friendly and professional. I forgot his name but he was amazing as well. Thank you!!

Rosalba V | Overall ExperienceManager was hard to reach by phone or in person. Phone messages and emails were never returned. No one was in office a couple times when I came in. There wasn’t a note on the desk or door to let you know where the employee went. Just had to wait until they showed up.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business there. He takes your money before knowing if product rented is available and wastes your time with excuses of product being unavailable or that you even rented the product in general. (Regardless of whether it’s a truck or a storage.) The guy there is rude and careless about customer satisfaction. He takes no consideration towards anyone else’s time or money wasted towards working with uhaul to get a job done. Definately not a wise business choice to associate with someone as unprofessional as the guy who runs the facility.
