Entrance to storage loading dock was continuously blocked by facility working under the hood of the uhaul trucks. No place to park when attempting to access storage facility. Employees not friendly, No direction/ instructions concerning using code to access facility nor where it was located thus the alarm kept going off and NOBODY came to address the possible issues
