Travis B | Overall ExperienceI rented a storage locker that I thought was 10 X 10. What I wasn't told nor shown was that there was an elevator shaft that took up a considerable amount of space. Fortunately, I was able to store everything anyway. If I ever need storage again, I'll know to look inside the locker before I accept it.

If I had any feedback for improvement it would be the speed of service in the store but for all I know it was just challenging customers beyond the staff's control. Fair pricing and a clean facility.
