Ça m’a pris une heure avant d’avoir un entrepôt même si c’était réservé et il n’y avait plus ma grandeur et j’ai dû prendre plus grand par faute de temps!
RAPHAEL B | First ImpressionsStaff was friendly and tried their best be helpful but a system issue caused great frustration and cost me a lot of time and money. I reserved a 10 x 15’ locker and choose this location because U-Haul website said one was available (there are closer U-Haul locations to me but I came specifically for this locker size). When I arrived at 9AM, I was told there was a system issue and after 30 minutes was told I could not get access to my locker and I would have to return later in the day. I came back 4 hours later and had the same issue. More time spent and now with my truck rental losing time and the two movers I hired sitting around while I was paying them. Finally I was given three 5 x 10’ lockers so I have the same amount of space but was told after the first month the price will be higher than the 10 x 15’ locker. I said this is not my fault so I should not have to pay more but I was told I have no choice. I also ran out of time on my truck rental because of this wasted time so my move in was not completed on the day and I have to rent another truck and pay more movers on another day. This is very frustrating and I do not want to pay more because the company system did not take my reservation request properly.

Your staff shouldn’t have to go through this kind of BS . UPDATE & make your program easier & faster to operate !! Get a “ F’N “ grip Head Office & spend the money . I will NEVER go back there to rent anything !! The only thing I will say is most of the staff in your depot in Lachaine , QC . Canada are very nice & pleasant to deal with BUT your COMPUTER PROGRAM “ F’N “ SUCKS . 🤬
Sandra G | Overall Experiencethe loading bay has old broken furniture and debris on the loading platform. No one removed The staff neglected to remove their lock from my unit causing me to walk completely back to the office to get help. extremely inconvenient. It's a long walk

MEJIA M | Overall ExperienceL'équipe qui nous a servi a été très sympathique, poli, et a bien pris soins de nous. Nous sommes très satisfaits de leur soutien et de notre espace de rangement. Quelques éléments moins appréciés : vous faites la publication d'un service d'assurance sur votre site Web, et une de vos représentantes au téléphone m'a confirmé que je pouvais en faire l'achat sur place mais lorsque je suis arrivée, on m'a informé qu'il n'était pas possible. Cette désinformation nous a causé des soucis, surtout que notre agence d'assurance n'était plus ouvert par le temps que nous avons appris cela. Votre logiciel est ultra lent et a rendu le processus vraiment long (heureusement que votre équipe est patiente et amicale), et le fait que vous forcez tous les locateurs à faire l'achat d'un cadenas spécifique pour l'utilisation de vos unités est un peu une arnaque... pourquoi ne pas offrir le cadenas avec l'unité à ce moment-là?

Jason L | First ImpressionsI sent an email to the manager on May 2 and again on May 5 since I got no response. As I am writing still no response. When I moved out, I found my belongings and furniture covered in rodent feces, which is completely unacceptable. I vacated the units on May 2nd and I was charged earlier that morning for May’s storage. Given the unsanitary condition of the units and the fact that I no longer occupy the space, I am requesting a full refund for the May storage fee. Please confirm when I can expect the reimbursement.
