Very good experience, only issue were mice but they have traps out

Graeme M | Overall ExperienceNous avons eu des crottes de souris à la grandeur de notre unité, partout dans nos effets perosnnels malgré que nous n'ayons aucun aliment ou nourriture dans l'unité. Ce qui nous a le plus choqué, c'Est qu'on nous a promis un crédit de 50$ et de l'aide à nettoyer, mais une fois arrivé pour réclamer ce crédit (la gérante n'avais pas le temps et nous a dit de revenir le demander la prochaine fois) et cette aide, on nous a refusé le crédit, tout le monde se renvoie la balle, il faut ouvrir une enquête, préparer un dossier et faire un long et lourd processus. Bref au lieu de remplir la promesse, on nous décourage en obligeant des démarches lourdes. Le service à la clientèle devrait être simple quand c'est évident (on peut voir les crottes facilement dans l'unité).

The trailer was ready when we arrived and was very little waiting to complete paperwork for the correct size storage. They provided storage unit which was very easily accessible from the loading. The staff was friendly and very helpful with hookup and trailer return. Thanks to Junior, Ray and Siddiq - who made the experience very positive and no stress. Very helpful and professional.

dagenaes b | Overall ExperienceDisastrous experience. You’ll be hearing from my lawyer soon enough. Infested facility. We had to dump all our stuff! You’ve received emails that you did not answer to. Till now, no communication after raising the complaint. Feces of rats and mice all over our furniture and clothes and baby items. Something unimaginable. You should be ashamed of your brand and promise to your clients. Had to dump over 30000$. A full 3 bedroom apartment went to waste. A full life and memories in the garbage. Just unbelievable and what’s worse is the after sales communication after storing for 2yrs our home and entrusted you in keeping it safe.

arturo p | Overall ExperienceLes services en ligne et en personne étaient très bien. Dans le site en ligne, on mentionnait un cadenas fourni gratuitement en promotion pour certaines offres. Le personnel ne semblait pas au courant mais ils ont accepté de fournir.. Le site pour l'entreposage était très bien organisé. Température bien réglée tant en hiver qu' en été. Le local était très propre. Amélioration possible au niveau de l' éclairage dans le local #2858. En conclusion, très satisfait du service.

The place may have had alot of mice. The staff; amazing and fantastic. I am grateful and thankful how they responded to my change in financial position. God bless them all. Very kind regards, S
sherril l | Overall ExperienceVery disappointed with web service, I reserved a storage 10x52x9 from July 16 but just to sure visited the location to see it, & was told that the location does not rent it. How could you do it, imagine if on July 16 I would have brought my stuff there with no storage to place the same!!!! Its misleading and defrauding the customers. I completed the whole agreement by providing my credit card details too. Thanks to Fernandus he was able to find two small places where I ll placing the stuff. You need to investigate and fix such issues
