From beginning to end this location has been wonderful. The staff, Josh, was wonderful to work with, friendly and helpful. And I appreciate how clean, comfortable and well lit the units always are. Thanks!
JENNIFER R | Overall ExperienceWhen I first moved my things in back in February, this place was stellar. It was clean, well-lit, secure, and the bathrooms were taken care of. They even had a great air freshener that really put the cherry on top. Since, things have gone down hill. Every time I go, more lights are out. There was one lonely half of a light holding on for dear life in my row. Thankfully, it was right in front of my unit, but my poor unit neighbors were having a rough time. Several times, the bathrooms haven’t been very clean and they didn’t have toilet paper or paper towels. One of the automatic doors broke, so it wouldn’t open automatically, but you could manually slide it open, then it wouldn’t close automatically - it was just left wide open. And forget the air freshener- I don’t think anyone’s filled it since I moved in. I hope they step up the maintenance and get back on track because I was really impressed at first and by the time I moved out, I was READY to go.
