He installed a hitch on my car, provided information about storage options at the site and helped me rent a 5x10 garage. He was always there during this pre-holiday week. He covered for others who either were ill, or on holiday vacation. No complaints, just great customer service. It was a pleasure to deal with Travis! Nice work.

Jessica R | First ImpressionsOverall, it was a good experience for me. I mentioned to the staff on my "move out" day that I thought it would be helpful to use some WD-40 on all of the lock slides. I used 2 units and both had issues with the slides and the tracks before I took it upon myself to spray them. I am an elderly woman and it really helped with my ability to access my units. The other issue was the on again/off again gate nearest Payless. There were several times, in the year that I rented there, that the gate didn't work for a few days at a time. Now for the good news! It is the perfect location for my needs. The staff was pleasant and helpful...albeit sometimes slow with the process. I will certainly use your facility again, if ever I find the need. Thanks so much.
