I was being charged for an empty unit sent me a letter saying I owed 189 bucks for something I had no items in. This was my first time getting a unit so I was unaware that I needed to get the lock off after use. I take fault for that. Once I did tell them I took the lock off they still kept saying I didn’t and repeatedly tried to charge my card. I had to call customer service just to nip this in the bud. After calling customer service they got the memo and went and saw that there was nothing in the unit after me telling them countless times already. Would never rent a unit from this store again and the friendliness and customer service is a flat 0! I walked in the store was not greeted, the guy at the counter didn’t even look my way until I said something first. It took him almost 20 seconds to even reply to my greeting! And at that I think this is the guy you have in charge of that store! Horrible will not recommend to anyone EVER. I’m happy customer service was on my side and helped me out so whoever the sweet ladies were who helped me give them a raise!

JEROME G | First ImpressionsI had two units one at U-Haul and one at public storage the one at public storage was full of mice.... The one at U-Haul everything was perfect. I would never do public storage ever again but I would do you all again U-Haul cost more but it was worth the price.
