My experience with uhaul was horrible from trying to rent the truck at 7131 south Calhoun drive Fort Wayne indiana to dropping the truck off and getting the storage unit in Lafayette indiana

My only complaint is that I was expecting some kind of a proration for the rental on my unit. I rented a few years ago when my mom passed and my son finally had time to help me get the heavier stuff out yesterday, apparently 2 days after my monthly renewal. I guess you will be enjoying rental double paid on the unit so I’m one of the ways you make money for the fact others are delinquent. That is my very sore experience with this rental. I did ask about prorated or partial refund and they said no.
michelle d | Overall ExperienceI had been at U-Haul for probably 5 years now and with them putting the mice stuff down in my locker was a good thing I know we killed it fuel in there and when I went to sleep out my unit had another good one in there,, and you can tell on a few different boxes that the mice were eating off the glue or whatever,,

Sheila c | First ImpressionsTrucks were great, building was clean, however the "pick up after hours" wasn't easy- rescheduled for next day. First gentleman was professional, very decent. The blonde girl - wasn't impressive at all- arguing w her boyfriend on the phone the whole time; talking about how they were arguing for days; later I came back in and he was there; your bathroom smelled heavily of Marijuana and you could just feel the tension as she was trying to work and he was lingering around.
