Mary V | First ImpressionsThe staff at this location NEVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE, but if you miss a payment they blow your phone up back to back nonstop for days! They roof have leaks it was a rainy week th last time I went and water was everywhere they had pieces of some type of gray material on the floor for catch all the water and some of my items looks messed up from the water and when I was ready to cancel my unit they left it open for days I called left a message and no one reached out to me but I am happy to see they finally closed the account. This review isn't against the company really it's the staff that run this location. I have been a loyal customer for years I love uhaul, but for my next mov idk if I will continue on in the future I wa treated horrible here.
Deanna M | Overall ExperienceToo pricey for a facility that always has a broken elevator. I came from Dallas numerous times to clear things out my unit to discover the elevator was out. (Feb, March and April specifically ). I am a single woman so the broken elevator was a huge deal. No discounted rent or anything just told to take the stairs. I can not lift heavy items and had limited help. And definitely could not afford it with the cost of storage and travel to and from Dallas. Even when workers are around. They could see you struggling and just walk past and say nothing. Don’t offer assistance or anything. I moved out Friday , the elevator went out and 4 men just looked in disbelief . You think any of them offered to lift a finger . The only thing they kept saying isn’t the stairs . I became unglued because the lack of empathy and laziness is unreal. It’s not like they had a ton of other customers… the facility was empty: I will not recommend this location to anyone. I rented here before and this past year has been the worst it’s ever been.
