I saw a young lady in the parking lot at the location on Sharon Lane and I was told no one worked in the office there. I had to go to the location on Hwy 14. The employee I spoke with on Hwy 14 was very helpful and immediately stopped my automatic payment. I would absolutely recommend U-Haul and use their facilities again.

The unit floods whenever it rains. I would never rent there again nor would I recommend anyone else too if they do prepare to throw the stuff out. I spoke to the associates during closing the unit and they didn’t even care. Worst storage unit rental I’ve ever had.

I was !she'd to leave the facility and no matter what reason in the contract it states that uhaul (will prorate your month and pay back the difference if contact is broken), and it was broken and did I get my money back.....the manager said, "no, I'm not giving you anything back I don't care what the contract says"
