I appreciate the service with U-Haul even though I never received my closing out receipt. After returning the truck there was no receipt to show how much I was charged.🤷🏿♀️.

Kylar M | Online Move InI saw a young lady in the parking lot at the location on Sharon Lane and I was told no one worked in the office there. I had to go to the location on Hwy 14. The employee I spoke with on Hwy 14 was very helpful and immediately stopped my automatic payment. I would absolutely recommend U-Haul and use their facilities again.

JACKLYN G | First ImpressionsI asked for a climate control unit that was not a climate control unit some of my things got mildew and mold on them I would not recommend until they get that building fixed
JACQUETA N | Overall ExperienceI had my stuff stored in a unit for only a couple months and all my stuff molded there was mice that ate through everything mice droppings everywhere in the unit. The unit floods whenever it rains. I would never rent there again nor would I recommend anyone else too if they do prepare to throw the stuff out. I spoke to the associates during closing the unit and they didn’t even care. Worst storage unit rental I’ve ever had.
