Excellent, this is my second time using storage and service is great as last time.

These units need some serious tlc. My unit has what appears to be mold/mildew at the top wear the ripped insulation is. The door gets stuck everytime I open it, and I have to keep raising and lowering

I am reminded of the time I had lost my storage key and needed to have the lock removed. One of the Uhaul employees kindly provided me with a (free) key and (new) lock. I appreciated that!

Too many young & not knowledgeable employees. Had a run around with a lazy employee my first encounter that didn’t want to help. Later had an errogant employee that wanted to be disrespectful, etc.

The U-Haul employees at the lake Charles location on highway 14 was very courteous professional and friendly. The service at this location was excellent from beginning to end.very informative!

Entrance is awkward when towing. You can’t get the cart out of the building to the U-Haul truck to unload stuff because it’s a gravel.

I was supposed to pay $29 and got charged 50 and still never got my deposit back

The roof was damage and bugs on my stuff I throw my couches and matter because it’s all musty

Staff was accessible, knowledgeable and willing to assist me .

There were holes in the roof all throughout the building and there was very little concrete around the building, which made mud when it rained. I was also charged when I shouldn't have been.

I was just disappointed that I couldn’t get my money back like a prorated amount since I only used it only 7 days.

After going over all my items after moving them out of the storage unit I have lost items such as shoes, leaning books, day-care swings, Pack N plays, walkers, all at a lost due be being and rat fece

There was never any one at the storage site 2 an I was attacked by a dog due to a messed up fence now I have a bill I cant afford meds I cant pay for unable to go to work cause of all this

had a little snake problem when we first moved there but it was taken care of promptly

I love the service that I get from the U-Haul company. I would highly recommend it.

Poor management.The agent was courteous but training and manager was not helpful.Very unprofessional service.Nothing explained about how to gain entrance with key card. Locked out at 11pm w/furniture
