Overall it was a good experience. After 18 months of using uhaul storage, I was charged for a month I will not use due to moving out prior to the next month being processed. I was accused of leaving items and rodents/roaches in the unit after removing my belongings, which if my unit was that nasty the whole 18 months I wouldn't have been able to keep the unit that long. Yet I was told I was talked to rudely by management and was told I going to be charged an extra $100 on top of the month of service. It took them 3 days to close the unit out after having to call repeatedly from 9a-7p with no answer.

They walked me down to my unit, showed me the process of setting the alarm, helped direct me while backing up my trailer to the unloading area, and even helped me pull one of the handy carts I had loaded so I wasn’t pulling 2 at a time by myself. The facility looks clean and well lit, and it even has a bathroom on the 2nd floor- very convenient! I highly recommend this facility AND this staff if you’re looking to store things or move them.
