The staff was amazing and helpful. I would recommend for the staff only. The 2 key pad access to get into the units is insane! You have to enter the code 4 times!! Twice on each of the 2 keypads at the entry of the building. They patiently helped us with the storage issue. However we had a truck and movers reserved to move items to storage and they were not able to help with the movers and there was no phone number provided to help with movers, so we cancelled the whole reservation. Too bad you dont have a functioning and fast customer support number for people to call.
