Raisa G | Overall ExperienceI wouldn't recommend Uhal storage to a friend because of the sudden rate change. The one thing that I didn't like is I signed a contract in July around the 1st of the month and by November the rates for the storage had already gone up. I don't think it's fair for you guys to rent a storage space with a contract & out of no where change the rates to a higher amount the day before a holiday or just change the rates period! If I sign a contract for a certain amount of cash that rate should stay the same for at least 6 months to a year. People are really struggling trying to live & the companies are becoming more greedy! Hopefully in the future I will not have to rent a storage space again. The one thing good about the company is that they hire nice people that care and are courteous.

You kept your prices too high, you could at least gave me a few discounts, so I was willing to stay. I moved to public storage for $16.00/month. Your place is perfect but the pricing is too ridiculous 🙄 for people to stay loyal to your place. Specially now that everybody is struggling to work, you should have at least stay the same prices for your loyal clients.
