I had my storage there for 11 years, I never missed a payment for 11 years. You kept your prices too high, you could at least gave me a few discounts, so I was willing to stay. I moved to public storage for $16.00/month. Your place is perfect but the pricing is too ridiculous 🙄 for people to stay loyal to your place. Specially now that everybody is struggling to work, you should have at least stay the same prices for your loyal clients.

Raising the price was odd but other than that it was ok
Michael H | Overall ExperienceThey changed my lock because I was delinquent for too long I guess…anfter removing their lock that locks me out, I was still unable to open my padlock after finally paying. The truck that I was initially given was empty. It was switched out but only given an 8th of a full tank. What happened to giving the truck full or at least almost full and returning the same? It was an overall bad experience. There was nothing I could do about my lick. There wasn’t anything management could do but offer me a business card to a locksmith. After paying storage and movers I’m tapped so I bought a bolt cutter to get into my unit!! The amount of inconvenience I experienced and lack of help is ridiculous!!! There was one girl there in the store who was very nice and professional. Her name is Camille. She tried to do everything she could to help without breaking the companies policy’s. I am unsatisfied with being told there is nothing I can do. I work in customer service as a manager so having someone in the same industry and roll tell there’s nothing that can be done when there is always an option literally to everything in life, is absolutely absurd!!! I only rate this place 1 star because of Camille. I would essentially give this place no stars. They literally scheduled her to work alone on a Saturday when that’s the busiest day of the week to move. Bad service for the store and bad policies as a whole for the company.
