Gloria H | First ImpressionsI saw crackheads breaking in after hours once when I didn't know that the storage unit closed. They let me in and the hall to my storage was locked because it was closed but they were taking from a unit after hours so not that secure. And yall charge late fees for no reason and yall be locking storages like why charge a late fee if yall taking my acces to the storage for the time being. Yall customer service socks and yall have never gave another deal after being with yall so long just that first month 1 dollar after that it's super expensive for such a small storage and the cards to get in and out barely work you got to do it real slow or something to get out. But my things have never been stolen or touched so I guess it's been not the worse besides yall dumb fees and always putting my card in negative

But at the time I rented it. I had just got in town from California and I returning a truck so I rented the storage unit. But I was very disappointed with it.
