The main office (333 Nellis blvd) was impossible to reach by phone. Tried for 4 hours and a CSR left two messages for a callback. No call was ever returned. The CSRs were also unable to reach anyone there. This delayed my move-out two days as I was trying to get proper instructions to do so. Made my experience exhausting. The original owners of the location I rented from were warm and personable and always answered phone calls and responded to emails. I had my unit for 13 years. This other location managing where I rented from (333 Nellis blvd) was impossible to reach by phone. The were discrepancies about hours that I could access my unit. The sign said 24/7 only to find out that it wasn’t true according to their customer service. I was told that with permission from the managing location that my accessibility could be adjusted for my convenience, considering I was planning to move out and drive from Las Vegas to El Cerrito, California in the San Francisco Bay Area. But unfortunately, the managing location was unreachable. What an exhausting experience.
