The manager on site and accused me of trying to take advantage the promo system. I was promised a free month no strings attached. I made a booking and spoke to five different people leading up to my free month and when my free month was to be applied I was told that I couldn’t use it. I wasted a whole day trying to make that happen and the manager showed no empathy and went out of his way to block me from renting and using the promotion, even though the national level was going to let me do it because they promised it to me. I’m sure this won’t make it far and the manager will continue to flex and do his thing, but I won’t be doing business with this company anymore.
