We had issues from day one. The guy that was working was helpful, disengaged, was short with us, and was looking at his phone while I was talking to him. Not impressed so far!!!

SARINA J | First ImpressionsThought this facility was good for the price, but understanding the move in process was a bit confusing. when i moved in i was told there would be a lock in my unit, i had to go to the building to grab it, where there was no one working, then the guy came back on his scooter as i was leaving. i of course didnt turn around cause what do i look like doing that, but instead just got it another day, leaving my things unlocked for a day due to no one being there.
