I shared with them that I had recently experienced a house fire just hours ago which caused all of my belongings, excluding what I had in storage, to become destroyed. The lengths to which the manager went to accommodate me were beyond my expectations. From the bottom of my heart, I truly thank you for hiring someone so compassionate and willing to help. I could hardly hold back my tears as I expressed my gratitude.
