angel o | Overall ExperienceThe gate of the facility was broken most of the time over the last five years they’ve tried to replace it numerous times, but it still keeps getting broken. This property is right next to a decrepit old apartment complex that creates an environment for lots of people that are quite undesirable than hanging around the gates of the facility. The people were nice enough. The gate was broken. They park a big truck in front of it so you couldn’t use your facilities at night or on weekends, but they finally got a new new fence but it’s still a very unsecure place when I cleaned out my unit there was tons of rat crap I didn’t have any food in there, but they had a rat box against the wall, but that didn’t know so it’s infested with the rats is dirty. It’s got a condemned apartment complex next-door. It’s 160 bucks a month for a small unit you make the choice I left and won’t be back
charles T | Overall ExperienceMy storage was filled with mold and there was rats that urinated and ate up my clothes and chipped at the wood on my furniture. Most of my household goods was sold with rat, yarn, beds, mattresses, and a host of other things. The storage was almost a total wreck from the mold and the rat urine so I would have to replace my whole household goods because I suffer from allergies and also to other diseases that might be harmful because the rats and mold.

ARNIECE B | Overall ExperienceWent in to retrieve content from unit, noticed the security gate was no longer there noticed people living in unit outside, water had entered the unit and items missing from unit. I was very upset that I wasn’t notified that the security gate was no longer there. And to get an increase in fees is absolutely ridiculous!!
