BIGGEST RATS I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY FREAKING INTIRE LIFE, OMG 😲... Im talking about Master Splinter EnormousS, yes Nija Turtle in a Half Shell... Trash... let me tell you, the last time I've seen that much trash was at a landfill years ago. 😝 Gross...Sickening when Master Splinter has been dead inside your storage unit, decaying away, leaving a dead body smell in every partical & atom in my belongings.. After moving out, the stinch, still eroded my eye lids and the smell followed me to my new apartment, lingering away from the dead body smell that absorbed into my high end expensive fine furniture, clothes appliances etc... .. I can still taste the sead effects in my mouth...Flea and Roach party infested. MORE LIKE A FIESTA x 10. These roaches are lurking amongst us full and drunk. They are everywhere and they are not scared or do not run away and hide, its like they rented the unit out and your the intruder. IM SICK TO MY STOMACH AND ITS ONLY THE 2nd MONTH RENTING 115 UNIT Colonel Glenn Rd across from Captain D's and the plasma center. BUMS ARE ALWAYS LIVING LIKE ITS A FantasY-HOME WITH A TOILET, SIINK, KICHEN AND A NICE BACK YARD WITH PATIO w/BBQ. These PEOPLE MAKE ME SICK TO MY FREAKING STOMACH... DooDoo at the entrance gate to the units. No toilet paper seen, so a fast dump and go move with no wiping or washing of hands. A NastY Nate type of move..bye

The experience with this company made it very difficult in my process of my move very very disappointed I would never ever advise anyone to ever want to ask George you're not or a U-Haul or anything from them
Shannon S | Overall ExperiencePros: My experience here with management and their team was a good experience. Everyone made sure we were assisted and helped in a timely manner. Cons; The facilty needs upgrading. It seems the focus was rather on quantity over quality. Plenty of units but the unit designs are very narrow and tight. The layout of the units are not best design for storage. The unit doors collide with the sliding door. Issue with rats needs to be addressed. Paying a monthly fee to deal with this issue is not unacceptable. There is light in the hallway but no the unit itself.

(4 years) and some “ critters “ had entered in but I saw evidence that they used everything to keep them away and thankful that most things were packed in sealed crates. Great experience keeping my storage in this facility.
