STACY G | First ImpressionsThere were termites. Rats. And wire at the top separating the units vs Completely enclosed. I saw wire clippers in the unit as if someone was trying to get into my unit. I moved out on April 14th. I went to the office before close to let them know. They did not process my leaving. I called to check for my refund and was told they don't pro rate. I let then know I moved out. That was in March. Then I kept getting charged for April even though I don't have storage there. I had to call again and explain again I've been gone. Super bad service.
