The only major issue I ever had was the keycard that keeps the alarm from sounding. It never worked for me, so I stopped even trying to use it. I went in to the office 3 seperate times saying the key card is programmed to me (as it welcomes me in with my name), but still makes the whole facility alarm.
Tinani K | Overall ExperienceWater leak destroyed my belongings! Simple as that! They acknowledged no responsibility for the destruction and just keep on billing me. I deserved my money back! I lost thousands of dollars in belongings to u half poor maintenance and horrible service once I notified them. U haul deserves to be sued!
