MARK S | First ImpressionsI have rented 3 trucks from this location just since July, along with two storage units. Unfortunately, my experience with the manager has left me very disappointed. When I went to empty my storage units (which had already increased by $15 each before the first month was even finished), we realized our car had been gone through and the keys were missing. I asked if the locks could be cut and offered to pay the fee, but the manager said he was too busy. I explained that I had a limited window of time, people helping, and a large amount of material for a business renovation on a strict timeline—but he still refused and told me to call a locksmith. After waiting over an hour, I ended up paying $235 out of pocket just to have the locks removed. Given the amount I’ve spent here in the last few months, I would have expected a little courtesy and support. To be clear, everyone else I dealt with was wonderful. The cleaning woman and the young man who helped maneuver the vehicles were excellent and made a real difference. But because of the manager’s refusal to help in such a simple situation, I will be taking my business to another storage facility going forward.

Don C | Overall ExperienceI was amazed at the friendly staff and super clean facilities! My only complaint would be that I wish they were 24 hour accessible. My work schedule (3pm to 11pm) made it difficult to access during the accessible hours.
Krystina C | Overall ExperienceSmells, and homeless everywhere. Didn’t feel safe and washrooms had no soap the 3 months I was there. Bathroom. Flooded in my unit and didn’t even get a credit after I had to move all my stuff and after the carpet cleaned it smelled horrible. Will never come back.

My only complaint was that by the time I put my carts back and pulled out of the bay and went to swipe out to arm my unit it was 10:00:35 so it was "after hours" and would not let me realarm my unit. When I tried to contact the site manager I was directed by voice mail to call during business hours. Not very helpful.
