The staff both Saturday and Sunday were excellent and super helpful! The location is convenient, clean, and easily accessible.

Don’t know that they’re gonna cover anything within the contents that was ruined but was upset because how much time it took three hours of other people’s time that we paid to help us unload because of not able to use the dolly to help us with the move because all the bottom boxes probably 20+ were soggy
Heidi M | First ImpressionsI believe I deserve a total refund day one I rented it the gates were broke down and off so anyone could drive back to the storages so I feel they were not secure and to this day they still aren't up I was told they were going to be fixed so I went ahead and got one a good place with refund my complete time there because they didn't fix and my stuff was not safe

Deborah I | First ImpressionsManagement tried not to honor the one month free even though I rented a trailer, and a 26’ truck & drove out of state!! The wonderful clerk diamond was more than pleasant throughout my experience, she needs a raise! Her manager was not polite nor did she greet me. She was not compassionate at all. I should not have had to break down in tears and over explain my financial situation to get her to honor the guarantee that is literally all over the place! On the dang on uhaul that I drove out of state, on the signage that was literally on the walls behind the customer counter. Shame on corporate for not treating their employees nor their customers like we are valued. A little kindness and compassion never hurt anyone, instead it probably altered someone else for the positive! Do better! I won’t be recommending you to anyone if fact I’m telling everyone how horrible my experience has been.
