My only complaint would be is that I moved out September 2nd and didn't receive any money back for that month. So I paid for a whole month but didn't use it. I feel like that wasn't fair. If I had of know I wasn't getting any money back I would not even cleaned out the storage

I called the manager Mariah and she pulled over and helped me reset it. I was so upset that I had to call her on mother's day but she understood. Debbie Bailey is absolutely amazing. Friendly and courteous from start of rental until the end. We used this storage facility for almost 3 years. Great people!!!!

I lost my free month if rent because no one was inside and I have to drive across the city to get to the lyndon office to get assistance. So I called the number provided and they said that they cancelled the 1st closet size storage and assigned a new storage to me. Then I get a call about the first one asking if I were going to move in. How is the communication so poor?
