It’s a good thing you’re on site. Staff are as good as they are because the whole website and application is deeply flawed and was very frustrating as I tried to do it as you apparently want me to do it but as soon as I gave up on that and just walked in the front door. I was completely taken care of and made very happy human beings really can make a difference
