JOHN O | Overall ExperienceFix the damned elevator! I had to pay extra for my movers to haul heavy objects up 3 flights of stairs. Also I was told that I could not unload my POD after move-in. Brodie was exceptionally nice and helpful. The second unit I rented will be cancelled as I am a 72 year old woman who had brain surgery last Ict. I am really tired if encountering people with no brains!!!!!
pamela a | First ImpressionsI was stuck upstairs for an hour, the office wouldn't answer the phone. They knew i was upstairs and they kept walking past the elevator knowing i need it to get down. I am battling cancer, i started having trouble breathing. I finally had to call 911 and the rescue department called uhaul told them to get me down. I am extremely angry..

I will give the manager grace since he’s on vacation, but the present staff (Shelby & Aubrey) were beyond unprofessional. Despite warning Shelby that I was recording, he continued to call my son names such as “a fkn r*ta*d”. I also emailed the assistant store manager, Corey, but have not heard back from him, either. Corporate forwarded my complaint to DM Daniel Mercer, whom I left a voicemail with.

KARL B | Overall ExperienceI was charged $100 for 2 mattresses that we left in the "take or leave" area and was informed they dont take mattresses and I would need to pay a dumpster fee. When I came back about a week later there were numerous mattresses (some badly stained and disgusting) but one of our mattresses was still there.
