My unit 2119 smelled like a decomposed rodent. I only needed it until I found an apartment but for UHaul not to clean and disinfect the unit thats unacceptable. There was something like smears on the floor like little effort was taken to clean what was previously there. Staff was attentive but whomever is in charge with check units after move out isnt doing their job. Facility was overall well maintained.

JOEL E | Overall ExperienceBoth the U-Haul manager and his staff were so helpful and kind to us under the very stressful circumstances of having to move a very messy studio apartment (not ours!) into a U-Haul storage facility. Due to time constraints, the U-Haul manager suggested a mover whose workers helped me pack up and transfer everything into a storage unit in less than 8 hours. It would have taken a week by myself! I am very grateful!

My plan for the day was to go to Boston and move some boxes with my dad and he ended up having to go to the hospital for a medical emergency. I called to tell U-Haul my plans had to change and she helped with obtaining a storage unit and adjusting my return time with my van. She made everything feel so easy and seamless.
