They were extremely rude to me. I have a severe back injury and I went out of my way to let someone know I would be back to take the trash and donations and was treated like a child. Telling me I couldn't leave the items where they were. My car was full and I was in severe pain. I told the woman I would be back. She was rude to me. She then called her boss and he phoned me and treated me like a child I let him know I was coming back to take the stuff that was fully bagged and boxed. It was not everywhere but in a neat pile not in anyone's way. He kept chastising me to the point I finally just put the phone down and let him talk to himself. We closed our unit a week later because I didn't like the way they treated me. When I got there, there was a pile of trash not bagged up just piled up next to furniture that was left by a previous tenant. It was a lot messier then what I had left just long enough to give my back a rest for a minute. The treatment i received was totally uncalled for. I will never recommend the south willow st facility to anyone. Oh and they knew I was having trouble with my back I was walking with a cane and I had told the manager I was waiting on surgery. They could have given me the break without the drama. My husband was back there in about an hour and it took him all of 15 minutes to pack the stuff in the car and remove it from the premises. So we closed the unit a week later instead of the free month that we were entitled to. Very poor customer service

LINDSEY L | Overall ExperienceTo himself. While my husband left and removed the trash and the donations. It took him less then a half hour. All of that unnecessary drama while I'm in pain was uncalled for. You don't want food, combustible stored so I had to go through everything, because I purchased an auction and didn't know what was in it. So I was trying to do the right thing. I could have just shoved it into the unit and not cared. But I do care and your staff (2) members were not very nice. Doing this caused me a great deal of pain.
