How U-Haul Reviews WorkStore closed at 7 but I was told it closed at 8. Just glad I didn't get charged an after hour return fee. The move out process was simple but the app is glitchy. I also didn't like how I could not upload the photos showing that I cleaned the storage nor the up in price for the storage so suddenly.

If I were to store anything again I might look elsewhere. It's not a good way to represent your company. If it was cleaned up, it would be the first place I would come to.

I asked him about the first month free and he nonchalantly said oh it didn’t go through. He added I gave you the lock instead. I said you gave me a $12 lock instead of $149 rental? He said yes. I then pointed out that he charged me for the lock that supposedly I had been given. He said oh yeah they’ll credit that on your next month Bill. I was too busy to argue with him yesterday but it was infuriating

ANDREA E | First ImpressionsIt is apparent from the facts my lock was cut off and a rat trap was placed in my unit that an infestation must have occurred and resulted in the loss of two pillows valued at over $600 that was never reported to me. Furthermore, although my account defaulted at times, I always updated my account; nevertheless, when I went in well after paying my account up-to-date, I had to wait hours for a third party that had placed a lock on my unit but not removed it in a timely manner to remove my belongings despite having had to travel hours to the facility from out of town.

I got charged $70.34 for a local move that should have cost $30, pkus the safedrive I also opted for.
