PHILLIP M | Overall ExperienceThe maintenance lady at my uhaul location saved me.........1190 S main street Manteca, ca 95337 she is the reason why I stayed....I was having issues with the gentlemen up front, he needs work on customer service, but anyways i just took whatever unit not really knowing if my stuff would fit in it because of how it was going up front. So i Got to my unit and was like "Oh no this stuff isnt gonna fit in here" and since I was having issues up front with that guy I told my family to just forget it I dont want to deal with that uhaul guy up front we can use our services somewhere else......Well this maintenance lady could here me talking and knew I was going to leave based on my frustration so she came up to me and said " Iam sorry you are having issues what can i help you with" and she was such a BIG BIG help. She showed me around, asked me what iam looking for, I said iam not sure, she then proceed to show me all the unites she had available and said, just let me know what you like and I can make it happen for you. Still iam not sure. She did not give up on me she said ok let me look inside your truck and I can tell you what you might need. She looked and suggested a unit that would fit all my stuff inside and boy oh boy she hit it right on the nail. Perfect match all my stuff fit and I still have room inside.....I just looked at her and said WOW YOU WERE SUCH A GREAT HELP, you went above and beyond you job title to help me, after hearing I was having issues up front.....because of that 1 person it makes me want to come back....iam excited to go check on my storage just to see her, she is sooooooooooo customer friendly and makes me feel welcomed

Leah G | First ImpressionsIt was 90 degrees in the "climate controlled" side. Low ceilings in the unit and narrow hallways made loading and unloading difficult. The motion sensor that opens the door to the building is very slow to respond. Not fun when you're carrying heavy items.

I live in tracy and wasn't even coming around that often but she ended up putting a lock on it anyways. It became an inconvenience for me so I moved out.. there prices are not all the same for everyone either they pick and choose to give deals to..
