Rayshawn was tremendous. He is the Asst Manager at the facility. He helped me over the phone to arrange after hours access. In person he expedited the return of my trailer, helped me get extra supplies, worked on the lights when they weren’t working in my corridor. At the counter he serves more than one customer at a time, letting customers with straightforward requests be helped quickly while also solving a complex problem for another customer. When I wanted to switch to a larger storage unit he arranged that and completed all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. He does the work of two employees, regularly coming out of the office to work in the yard or the storage facility all while darting back into the office to man the desk when needed. Please give him a raise! He made my experience at the Canterbury location outstanding.
