David V | Overall ExperienceMice eight my furniture, eight through my boxes. It was really deployable. So much mice dropping all over my furniture in my boxes it was really unbelievable. We pay good money to store our things just to have mice eat through our stuff. You can report it to the facility all you want. They don’t do anything about it. they will say we have a box in there for the mice it does nothing. u-Haul really needs to do something about their rodent problem.

ALEXIS A | Overall ExperienceI have had a storage unit their for yrs. But the economic downturn caused me to miss several payments I was told I had until a certain time to pay. But called before that date and asked for an extension, it was denied & I was told I had to pay by the end of the day or my belongings would be sold at auction. It was paid & I look forward to discontinuing service with UHaul find another storage company!
