Brandy L | Overall ExperienceMy reservation was for a drive up unit, however, when I arrived, I was told my reserved unit was not available. I was given an unit on the second floor with no elevator nor dolly available for rental. This was very frustrating. If uhaul would have notified me of this, when I made the reservation, I could have made other arrangements. Don't wait until someone shows up, then inform them their previously reserved unit is not available.
