It was easy and efficient.
Kathleen E | Overall Experience100% except for the unresolved issue of my free month. When I returned our truck, I was told I was entitled to a free second month because of the rental. That was great so I paid for the first month provided a card for auto pay to go forward and then was told via email that the payment was due for the second month. I called and emailed and have been told I will not be charged but as of this moment I have no confirmation this is been taken care of. I've put the credit card on hold and frozen it don't understand why this was so hard. It's either free or it's not. I would think that making the second month free is the problem. I can understand why you do that instead of the first month of the second month free didn't have its own trigger for me now I'm battling it.
JOHN S | Overall ExperienceWe had a bit of a catastrophe and he did some short term storage literally for a week or two the only thing that could've been better could've been a more affordable solution for us instead of paying a for life, it would've been nicer to have less of a burden financially in that way. We had a one-way rental to Virginia from Pennsylvania and the move was canceled last moment so we had to pay for mileage. We didn't need storage we didn't need. Thankfully U-Haul does convert a one-way rental to an in town rental that save us a bunch. This particular U-Haul and we used the last 10 years throughout the country is among the best
