For the entire time I had the storage unit (around 6 months) the alarm system was never working properly. Every time I needed to access my unit it would set the alarm off. I was told by staff multiple people were having this issue. The alarm would go off and nobody would come to check out the reason. So what if someone broke into my unit? And nobody came to check because it’s just a “known issue”? What was I paying extra for? I could have gotten the same size unit at half the cost. But the security was a selling point. Not once did it work. Will not be using this facility going forward.
Corey H | Overall ExperienceOffice staff, especially Heather, were ROCK STARS!! The sliding door to the main building locks too early. And very difficult to get larger items through the man-door. Should be able to unlock the sliding door with code as well.
